Some real estates are total mung beans. Had my fair share of twat bag rental staff.

I always cant help but feel like they are always silently judging and looking down on you because you rent. Its like "ha your so shit with money you cant buy your own house so we'll babysit you in this house" and dont even think of trying to make it feel like your own!

Shit breaks and forks up and you have to wait 2 weeks for some cubnt to rock up and do a half arsed job cos he was the lowest bidder. Other crap never gets fixed after repeated requests.... goes on. Worst of all they have to do inspections every 3 months. Blows.

Lucky enough we have a good agent where we are now and I havent got a bad thing to say about them. Had some shockers in the past, though.

Been at my current apartment for 3yrs, no inspections, no rent hikes. I've never felt belittled by an agent, but they probably understand most people in the City are here for few years for work then leave, so no reason to buy. I'm sure in the burbs you get a fair amount of shitcubts.

If anything I look down on the agent, what a basic job they do. And the little cubts try to inflate prices to line their pockets, they are about as good as used car salesmen in my books.

I worked there for 7 months and was the 9th person fired in that time. I know there were others before I started and there have been more since. I enjoyed driving some cool cars but not working there is the best thing ever.

I'm now back studying a cert III in investigative services and working as a delivery driver at Coles and also doing some truck driving for a friend at church who owns an excavation company. 

 

Also getting to spend heaps more time with the girls which is really what's important

nah dont doubt you at all mate, and the herald doesnt exactly have a great reputation of honest journalism, so that doesnt surprise me. im sure a few freebies were thrown in on the side to bias the piece.
