Try a bit of Lithium grease in the springs and pivot. You know the one in the can with the long directional nozzle.

hahaha, as stupid as it is, and funny at that,
it actually looks neat! as in the welds are good.. (pointless as they may be) and looks cool under the back seat.. once again.. useless.

Unfortunately, no guide as it was pretty involved and the amount of times i would of had to stop and take a picture with dirty hands.
If you have a Haynes manual, the whole process of pulling out the auto and fitting the manual is covered very well.
