LED technology is coming to the automotive industry in a big way.


A little something I found whilst researching options for my Celica build.

JW Speaker LED Headlights

Solid state headlights.

US Military are using them, so they must be half decent.

Sold three glasses yesterday, which I'm happy with considering that's only from people that have heard about it. I was thinking of letting it go as a strong word of mouth release, until I can organise some specially printed glasses, so it'd cost $15/glass but you get to keep the glass. I think I'd do it if I were out and about - I'm pretty sure if you and me walked into some little brewery, and they had something called Whisky Ale that was 11%, $15 + a glass to keep, we'd walk out with a glass each?

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

You know I would for sure. Would not think twice about it.

What if they like want a second drink.... so they already have the glass - will it pretty much be pay $15 and get another glass or... $15 for a refill or a slightly cheaper refill?..... If you get glasses...... make sure you keep me one till I get there haha.

Yup.

We are going to see more of this.
Purely from an environmental standpoint I think.

I'll be happier when a LED is produced that can accurately replicate ordinary fluro/incandecent light.
So far they all seem to be bright as fcuk, but you can't see anything.



If you put LED headlights in the TA22, Im going to drive up to Sydney with a chainsaw.
