Are you bringing Mrs Walts?

Nope.

Waltsman is a free man that weekend.

She has lots of final year Uni assignments due then. Hah, sucks to be her.

She actually sounded keen if that wasn't the case though. She's one of those ones that gets hell stressed about assignments but gets HD's every time.

Morgan isn't allowing Morgan to go...

Just not in the budget this year.

Hopefully next year we can make a holiday out of it.

Where it shows who is online, click one of the links under the bunch of names and shows you what people are looking at with their display pic.

QUESTION.

When there is a discrepancy on a penalty notice, does it become invalid?

Situation:

Sent in the appeal for Katie's $338 neg driving fine and it got rejected. The second letter came with the new due date but it's come back for $344.
We've rung them and said it looks like the officer has incorrectly written the original fine and that the $344 is the correct amount.

I've heard that when names, rego aren't filled out right/at all on the original notice, they can become invalid.
Sure, it's only a $6 difference but they're the bloody SDRO, I'm not paying a cent more than I have to.

What's the go!?

A guy i knew once got off a speeding ticket because the officer put police car rego on the fine instead of his.

Thats about as far as my knowledge goes to the loopholes around avoiding legalities Morganass.

Parking Fines yes, Speeding fines No... They will just ammend the $ in court. If it was incorrect car or incorrect license number you may have a chance.

You can fight it in court, but not worth it tbh..

Thats awesome if they dismiss parking fines due to incorrect details. I have a parking ticket from a couple years ago where they listed my Subaru as Ssangyong...

Anyway, afternoon all. Morning Westerners.

Here is a questions for you guys,

i cam up to an intersection that had a saftey camera and wasn't sure on which way to turn. it was 7:30 sunday morning with only one other car on the road.I was in a lane that you could only turn right and the lights went green to go straight ahead. so i merge back into the lane next to me an continued across the intersection. However as i did so the saftey camera went off and pinned me.

My argument being i shouldnt get done for turning right on a red light as i remerged back into the lane to go straight. Does that sound about right? i know about the fact that you cant change lane in an intersection but i cant be fined for an act i clearly didnt do right??? let me know
vroom vroooommmm

Im a street racer...
