I really want something...faster! Only thing is, a faster Subaru is not in my budget
I will be getting a manual so the H6 Outback isn't an option... Some older WRXs are quite cheap now but insurance will be ridiculously expensive for a few years to come.
Was thinking maybe it's time to get a Holden. Always been a true Holden man at heart (que flamage)
But I don't know how I'd live without a wagon!
Might just end up getting a Gen3 RX wagon and swap everything into it... Or another Outback

Yea they do come in manual. A lady I work with has an 07 SpecB H6 manual (6sp) wagon and the lease is up within a few weeks. Has 100k kms and I would absolutely love it!!

All too expensive though. I'm trying to get some savings up here!! Haha

Hahaha, we did get pulled up. I was telling Morgs about that a couple weeks ago. There were no dramas only because they had something else to attend too.

We stayed at the Rainforest Resort. It was off Bangalow Rd (or whatever its called) fronting a mad empty beach and a rainforest (surprise surprise).

The people running that place were high. They never gave us s**t, which was great. There was bud just floating there in the pools constantly LOL. They gave us lifts into town in a minibus. The owner of that bus was on something for sure. And he had this little girl with him always...not entirely sure she was his.

Pretty much everyone in Byron is high lol.

Buzz can probably confirm (if he's around still) but Byron used to be a much nicer place.

In Byron now at night you have to be careful because there is alot of Ice getting around and people are just plain ****** up!

During the day it's awesome though.

Is there a pub at Rainforest Resort? I think that's where my parents stayed and my Mum got kicked out because she was tired and put her head in her arms...She doesn't drink haha

Nah no pub, its purely accommodation. And we f*cked it up a bit haha. Broken door and broken freezer (cubing someones clothes is hell fun BTW).

I could see Byron being one of those places that have fallen victim to its own popularity. More people = greater problems unfortunately.

Yeah. Ballina and Lennox Head are both really close and very similar but no where near as busy. Much better for a holiday but alot less eye candy

Ballina looked nice enough. Roads from the airport there to Byron are pretty sweet!

Everyone that drove up were like "OMG theres no speed limit!!!" and I knew what they meant but they didn't understand 'default limits' so they hooned it up there

The spoiler is fastened pretty tight onto the gate too so can't separate them

There are some nice roads around that area. Got to inland a bit to get the real nice roads. I grew up directly west of Byron.

Drive from Syd to Bris is a good one along the Coast road, we used to day trip down to Tweed/Pottsville some days for a big a55 cruise, love the roads and atmosphere there.
