Prepsol will most likely get it off. Failing that, an acid solution will work.
When I was detailing, I soaked the car in acid to get hardcore stuff off, but be careful if your clear coat is thin, it will burn through paint.
After the acid soak I went over the entire car with prepsol to get the remaining wax and grease off difficult areas. Then I'd do a full cut and then a polish with the buff, then another wash, then finally, a polish by hand.

Yeh its hard to keep 'em black, what with their location. Even in the dry they tend to get coated in dust.for now, i just use a good tyre shine. i rate the valvoline one that smells of citrus, and a once over with a rag to take up excess. only thing is that it doesn't last very long....
Thanks

If it helps, I just use bug/tar remover for anything nasty (eg; bugs, bird shit etc).
You might wanna ask Blaeven what he uses to get rid of shit though, as he's had some experience in that department.
