Im with them too. Does that mean you get first chop to buy it back if you do a flip?
`Yup gets valued at a salvage joint and offer it to you first before sending it to a salvage auction.
Only tricky bit is if your car is stolen, if it doesn't turn up and you get paid out, and then it turns up. No priority as they legally own the car

+1 Shannons... although when I did have an accident up country they:
1. Couldn't be contacted on the night of the accident as their telephone line was too busy. I had to call the local Police for help instead where the local Police were very helpful, polite, respectful but didn't seem to understand a water cooled car can't run without radiator fluid.
2. Not very good at organising getting the repairs done. Everything was delayed many weeks due to internal misunderstandings especially with country repairers.
Oh & one final comment: my road service membership counted for nothing. To quote the person on the end of the line when I rang them for help to get a tow: "You've had an accident, we don't cover that. Good luck" and hung up on me. I still wonder why I'm with them.
