Pros: looks good, drives well and very practical Cons: finding competent mechanics to tune it

Cons: Parts

Whats issue have you found with parts? Is it availability or price or both? I've always been under the impression that parts are reasonably interchangeable with other models, hence they have reasonable availability.

When you have a turbo you dont worry about fuel, depends how you drive it, and you must fill it up with 98 Octane fuel (bp ultimate etc)

Well if you want power, dont worry about petrol! as you need 98 octane anyway, petrol is nothing!

im looking for a decent balance mate. i've gone from driving a EL ford on gas. costed me about $60 a week or so to drive to the city everyday. this liberty wagon i got now is roughly the same.

i want to know how a legacy goes compared to these so i can see if me getting one is a good idea or not.

Depends how you drive it, if you want it to be economical, why buy a twin turbo, I drive my B4 to work and back 5 days a week and do lots of driving on the weekend and it costs me max 70 bucks a week! If your worried about things like economy, drive it really really slowly and dont boost it or dont buy it
