OK, so it's starting to look like I'm gonna have plenty of time, pulled old zorst off last night (dang those bottom turbo covers are a PITA). Just dropped new one off at shop to get the flanges fixed (dump-cat flanges needed twisting on dumps and muffler flange was 2.5").

On a side note, I was using Liqui Moly Ceramic Rust Release on the nuts/bolts, and that shit is the bomb! On the whole exhaust there was only 1 nut that didn't come undone (turbo exh stud, stud came out of ex housing instead of nut coming off) with relative ease.

Starting to come together, got everything back on, tho in my excitement on friday dumbarse me forget to get flange gaskets . Muffler isn't done yet cos the bloke that done the dump flange didn't have a 3" flange and the only other shop in town that would touch it wanted the car there so they could get it right, which is fair enough. Hopefully they'll be able to do that tomorrow.

So it's all done. Apparently he had alot of trouble getting it to line up properly, reckoned the muffler wasn't even made for it so the bend behind the flange at the diff is pretty low. Sounds nice from the little drive I had, quiet at idle and cruising but opens up nicely. Will take some better vids tomoz after tune ( re-tune!).

If my CAI gave me 4kw's, it's the same figure as yours. Would be interesting to drive both of them and see the differences between the tunes.
