Be warned about parallel import tyres. They may not be complied to ADR standards. They may be cheap and good, but in the event of an accident, insurance may not cover you. Police may hold you liable. etc.

Please. Its like you have gone into my head and you're fishing out all the things I hate in life. I had gmax wheels. I won't say anything about them. As I don't have anything nice to say about them. As for the tyres. Everyone supplies everyone allegedly. Been there, been told that. Sales pitch.

All true Alex.
It's the only way wholesalers can differentiate themselves from one another.
My business used to be wholesale only and so unfortunately the art of BS has to be used to protect your market.
I can't be bothered with that shit anymore.

OK all he has currently are some shitty pirelli's (made in germany) in your size for $240... he is checking his order price on the T1R's and KU36's but i think the price you have found is looking pretty good now.

Thanks for checking Ty, but ive ordered the KU36's today. Thanks for the info Alex, as i assumed. As for parrallel import, what i meant (what i was told at Bob Jane) there were accidently two shipments so they have excess stock of the KU36's and are under orders to clear them. That price of $215 was at Tyrepower Hawthorn, found on Firesport.com

Thanks for the specs Mark. Glad to hear the stick, they look like they do. Man, $215 for 18" tyres. BARGAIN!!!!!! :yahoo: I would have expected a lower tread wear number than 180. The Yokohama A509s I used to run on the old Ford were 180 and were just OK for wear. Mmmmmm.......now you got me thinking!

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?
