mine never stopped pinging. it might not be a direct cause of the twins, but i had enough of them so i'm going single turbo.
hopefully it'll get its first start up with the new VF29 tonight. then it needs an exhaust and tune to suit single turbo.

Too much boost with the iddy biddy turbo's doesn't help the pinging.
I think people go "OHH BOOST, POWAAAHH" instead of actually thinking about how its working.

Something that your B4 almost certainly does unless it has been tuned...
.. or is a early model GT-B. My Rev B GT-B can be boosted all day long in the hot weather and no pinging in the 3 years I have had it. The problem occured with the Rev D tunes.
