Back on topic....... Remove the screws to open the top cover of the HU. They all have an easily removable top cover. Easy to eject the CD from there by flipping a few of the mechanisms.

Resolving an old thread here -

Took my Eonon out last weekend and am rocking the stock Clarion again.
While it was all out i had an idea, took the HU out of my sisters car and joined up the batt/acc/ground, pressed eject and hoped for the best.
VIOLAAHHH!!! It popped out first go!! Amazing!

How important is the CD morgs?


Funnily enough it was actually a fairly sentimental one.
Was the CD that pretty much got me into music!
Even though its been on my ipod since way before it ever got stuck, its good to have it back :)

Eonon was no good Touch screen stopped working Ipod interface was screwed USB didnt work properly Getting organised to send it back and hopefully get my money back. Then ill buy a better one :)

Touch screen stopped working, eh? Thats pretty bad, hopefully they don't trying stuffing it some more by attempting repair. Fingers crossed you get your money back and they love you long time!

Thankfully the stock H/U + speakers are decent...

hmm yeah i didn't want to say anything previously since you'd already bought it but i've heard only bad things about that cheap branded stuff. not surprised really. Hopefully your able to get a refund!!

Yea i never had the biggest expectations but for the price i thought it was worth a try. Worked for a little while - while i was overseas.
