I am actually not surprised by that quote dude for an exhaust on a B4+ tune etc.

Cheapest quote I have ever had for an exhaust system was Liverpool exhaust, they would now do one up out of mild steel for about $1700.

MRT wanted bout $3200 for a full B4 exhaust.

Yeah he does charge about $1600 for the retune on the B4's but again I haven't seen it cheaper, and I got a good result - its actually tuned on the dyno and shit and he spends a good 3 -4 hours doing it, not just off the shelf like MRT do and charge more for.

My exhaust was from S&J (who get it from MRT).

I've seen a receipt in the car for about that much.

The previous owner put it on, what an idiot. :D

those prices from pulse seam.reasonable. Most tbe are about 1200-1600 for stainless, especially with twin dumps, as for the tune, it it ecu tek? As you have to pay for the licence each time to use the software. $600 for a retune isnt too bad either, typical sydney tuner prices. Most workshops here in act charge $120 per hour labour, so a tune takes a few if your really having a go.

As for "other repairs" they cannot carry out the repair.untill the customer has been notifiee,.

Sorry guys, meant to say he supplied the exhaust !

Buy a wrx cat back, and get a local exhaust place to make two dumps, I wouldnt think its that hard.

Good to see your back in a turbo subaru.

Got your lower control arm bushes replaced yet? If not, use genuine subaru, not pedders as they split very quicklu

Replaced whon and the what now?

This a common fault like the top-hats on the suspension drying up and cracking?..

$1200 for my initial tune. Not sure but I think he said anywhere between $300 - $800 for retunes depending on whats been done and dyno time.

Maybe expensive but i'm not sold on these guys tuning your car from the safety of another country. And I'd probably screw it up loading the maps anyway.

Nice one. :)

With the massive reduction in current draw, you could fit a smaller alternator to save fuel!

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

He looked preggers last time I saw him.
