Thought about blue, but dark colours need to be really straight.
Can't guarantee I can get it that straight with my forked up vision. It will be hard enough painting it like this lol.

Matte white :D

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Matte white, LOL.
I'm not sure if I'm going to go with an off white as they did on the old Coronets and Challengers or a full on white, Say like Artic white on the VZ Commodores.
Artic while is a very clean white, but the old school cream just suits these cars. Hard call really.

Well, I thought I would put some photo's of the Safari up.
Its fair knackered, but will serve a purpose. Few good parts on it. If you're interested in any just let me know.

Once I strip it, if no one is interested in the shell I'll be cutting it up for replacement parts for th VF.
You lot can have first dibs on the body though if anyone is interested.

A build thread worth watching!

All the best Paul. Look forward to the ensuing progress.

I myself will never modify a new car again bar some wheels. On the search for some old school cool myself.

I feel compelled to speak. Rare, but compelled none the least.
Paul.........daughter..........when did you get your grown up balls?
Congratulations+++++++
Where have the years gone?

Secondly, this is Hemi Heaven right here. 426 for sure but 318 will do. Don't go the 6 pot.
Looking forward to watching what is sure to be a fairly slow build. And that is because kids are money syphons.
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.
