Well My05 WRX STI struts do not fit in Gen3s at all! The bolt holes on the shocks are closer together by about 10mm....

who told you they would fit??????

I think they might fit, but only the fronts.

I have a bit of a clicking sound from all my struts when I stop quickly or go over bumps. I was under the impression the inverted Bilstein struts just required regreseasing. Am planning on doing it myself when I get the chance.

Why not rebuild your current struts or buy some Bilsteins to suit. I see them on ebay regularly.

Less camber, less caster (if you've done anything to change it in the first place) - or do what I did and beat the **** out of the guards.
Or, jack the car up, put a phone book/newspapers on the tyre where it rubs on the guard and lower the car back down.

I think the caster is the problem, ive got a whiteline ALK fitted and its maxed out... Mite have to get it adjusted...

Someone/some sucker on Rexnet would surely buy them.

It's an actual Whiteline ALK or just the Caster bushes pressed into the old housings?
If its an actual ALK, you can't really adjust them - you can move them a few mm (where they bolt to the chassis), but nothing substantial. Beat that **** with a hammer!!

2002 Outback - it's gone...

oh, what!  I was referring to the first post about gen 2 and gen 3 billies. I didnt even read the rest of the thread. Anyway, the word I used was 'might' fit. As in a small chance and do some further research.
