Hay R-Y,

Did u end up getting those coilovers, if so how do u rate them?
I decided today to F@*k off lowering springs and just get coilovers when i get my tax money back, that way if i spend money that i dont have in my bank account it wont feel as bad haha.
Also if i was to get lowering springs the front would be 5cm and the back 2.5, and i reckon the front will eventually put too much strain on the shocks so i may as well do it right the first time, also I will be able to get the perfect ride height 
Also if u got them did u install them yourself or go somewhere to get them installed?? Cuz I live in the area and I would have no idea how to install them myself ahah..

BC's are decent for the money.
Put a set in my brothers MY11 WRX and they are good, he's got them set to fairly soft, and he can't tell the difference between standard struts and springs and the BC's.

Very easy to install take your time and take notice of which bolts came out of where.
Just need to get a wheel alignment afterwards.

Yeah Ive got them in, need to get the gaurds rolled but, scrubs like a B*#@h..

I left them at the height they were set at straight out of the box and it seemed to be the perfect height.. alot bouncier then standard but thats expected.. ive got it set to about medium stiffness atm though because the gaurds arent rolled yet..

Peice of piss to install, theres 5 bolts that hold it in.. Thinkin of doin a write up for it.. Took photos the whole way through so it'll just depend on when i have the time to do it..

Being from Thaiwan, the info that comes with them is useless and it doesnt give dimension or specs about the product.. Written really poorly.. But the coilovers themselves seem to be very good.. Cant complain about them so far.. Ill try and get some pics up today..

Have you got a wheel alignment yet?
If not, get some aftermarket camber bolts (14mm) and get them to put them in the rear (top hole), wind some negative camber in and you *hopefully* shouldn't have to roll the guards.

Your corrected.
Toe kills tyres 11ity billion times quicker than camber.

Before I lowered my car more a while ago, I was -1.5 front and -2.5 rear and 0.00 toe all round.
Now it's at -2.2 in the front and -4.5 in the rear and 0.00 toe all round. I will go thru rear tyres quicker as -4.5 is fairly stupid - but so is an Outback on it's guts with 9.5" wide wheels and a +33 offset (was +38 but I added 5mm spacers).

Get your's set to -1.5 front and -1.0 or -1.5 rear and 0.00 toe and you'll be set.

Whiteline KCA414
H&R Camber Bolts

I'd lean towards the H&R as they tighten better.
Plus Eibach have exactly the same bolts as Whiteline you can get in the US for $20 a kit...

Could still be abit lower - specially if I took the spacers out of the rear.
Or maybe new wheels, 10" would be good...

I know there was a meet, I sort of know Reece with the Camry - a stanced Camry!!

R-Y nice job with the car, it looks great, it has pumped me up to lower my car.

Quick questions would it be better to get my guards rolled before or after i install the coilovers/does it make a difference??

Also here is a funny link of some crazy -ve camber action

Eibach part number is 5.81260K.

http://www.importima...07-WRX-STI.html
Have to email for a shipping quote thou.
There is a few other places with basically the same prices, just Google that part number if Josh or Billy at Import Image rape you on shipping.

Quick question. So I am most likely get the BC coilovers next weekend, but supposedly I heard with the coilovers you can upgrade the springs to softer ones for road use. Does anyone know anything about that/would it be worth it??

BC's are already fairly comfy out of the box.
Just wind the dampening softer if you want it softer before dropping another $300 - $500 on springs.

There are at least 2 different types of springs from each of these brands:

Whiteline
Tein
H&R
Eibach
STi

Spend the bulk of your money on your shocks, in my opinion.
