I put an Exedy HD kit in my B4 about 3 years ago (50,000km) havent had a single problem with it or my gearbox. Biggest overkill though, just go for the Exedy OEM replacement. I got mine off Race Brakes in Sydney, set me back $450 then another $500 installed.
