So to clarify;

What does a GT get l/100kms

What does a 3.0 get l/100kms.

Worst way of judging a car.. you'll never get true figures, as everyone drives differently.

What the book says the car will do, you will NEVER achieve.

put it this way, I average 380k's per tank on the GT the way I drive.. and I emphasise "I drive", as we are all different, and drive different paths and locations.

Bogan. :diablo:
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

drive both and make up your mind which you prefer.

your going to get people arguing 3.0 and people arguing for GT. Some will say i get great fuel economy with a GT some will say the same thing for a 3.0. Although the subaru’s claims aren’t always going to be accurate in the real world, you can use that as a bit of a guide as to how thirsty they are as an apples for apples control test comparison

In the end of the day your choice should be made by comparing how you feel when you drive them. You may know the second you get behind the wheel which one you like, regardless of the price or fuel economy.

For the record my GT is pretty consistently at 10.2 or 10.4
If it's broke use a cable tie.
