Hey Guys,

I use the actual racechrono timer in my race car.

http://racechrono.com.au/

The racechrono pro system so its acurate to a 10th of a second.

We also have a performance box (which is almost twice the price of the racechrono) and the accuracy is the same with racechrono and the racechrono interface is much nicer!

Definately worth it if you are after a proper lap timer.

What we do is export the race log from racechrono as a performance box data file and then open it in the performance box software, which is called Circuit tool.
This software gives you 100 times better analysis and allows you to compare different things and its good.

Check it out if you are interested.

Hi guys,

Anyone got an android phone? There is a new app on the Android Market called 'aLapRecorder HD' that some folk might find of interest. It's currently in beta, and coming along quickly. You can use it with a more accurate 10hz bluetooth gps or the phones internal gps and it also hooks up to a obd2 if you have a cheap bluetooth unit.
It records video, gps, accelerometer and obd2 data. Lets you playback the recording on screen with the dials, data, google maps, graphs, etc, overlaid on screen. You can also export the data and create videos for youtube and the like. It calculates lap/sector times and does interactive graphs and stuff...

Check it out, here is an early video on youtube.

Thanks guys :)

Here's a better one

Come over to the forum if anyone has anything they wanted added to the wish list -> http://adyno.net/forum
