Congrats on the buy Aek!Looks schmick! Ive always had a soft spot with these... I was lookin at gettin one of these when i bought my car but they were a bit out of my price range...Hope u enjoy it!

+1, same here :(

Agreed, I'd keep the wheels. Maybe they look different in person? But I reckon they suit that particular Foz very well B)

+1

haha yeah i think i agree Nik. I'm actually tossing up the idea of some 18" OZ Racing Ultraleggera's in the carbon black (or whatever they call it.

FZ-25-XT is currently available. to wankie??

Plz dont go smaller than 18's, these 19's are sweet. Afterall, its a cruiser, not performance :)
That numberplate is fine, not wankerish! it is what it is!

Had a run on the Rigoli dyno on the weekend. I has thinking maybe around 110kw so it was a little lower than I expected. I was having a chat to Chris at XSflow and he was a bit surprised by the result as well. He’s going to run it for me again at Envy later this week to see if we can produce a better result as he’s convinced that it should be squeezing out a bit more than that. I think I need a boost controller, 11psi way wimpy.

Added a couple of little things today.

Beatrush/Laile radiator cooling panel

Posted Image

PMD blanking plate. This covers the hole that feeds into the guard where the OEM air intake was, blocking the flow of warm engine bay from getting to the CAI.

Posted Image

Also serviced it last week. Oil change, STI oil filter, gearbox oil, diff oil, power steering fluid, bled the brakes and replaced with genuine subaru 4 dot, fuel filter, upper engine cleaner, blitz panel filter and had the injectors cleaned. Just need to change the spark plugs and flush the cooling system and she’s good to go :)

11psi way wimpy.

Try 6. Lol.

Looking good Aek, that service sounds epic. I bet the car is running heaps better after that.

Wil be interesting to see the difference between Dynos.

Cheers,
Shazza

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Hi,

PMD stands for 'Pete Mac's Dad' from GtRydaz/OzFoz world. Good stuff, we did a shroud buy a while back.

Cheers,
Nik

good choice, ive got a black MY07 from new, 3 days after buying it from the dealer all mods done,
Now with the vf34, cai, top mount, exhaust, ecu, you will get around 180-200kw atw my mates has the same set up and got 191kw atw
and for city traffic areas that set will be good,
ive gone bigger turbo and front mount and got around 230kw atw 4th gear, its a weapon.
still can get 580kms on a tank of fuel
still running std fuel pump and injectors on a safe tune.
anyhow enjoy the foz,

i'm thinking the Zerosports POD as i've heard that other guys have had problems with the Street Tuned one (not fitting flush etc etc).

$300 is a lot for a small piece of plastic though!
