U any good with fiberglass Aek?

My bro did this in his evo... Fiberglass, PVC piping, expander foam and some fiber enforced filler...

yeah that looks great Chris. i'd hate to think how bad mine would look if i gave that a crack though!! the only thing i've successfully fiberglassed is a hole in my surfboard haha

yeah maybe mate, that'd be sweet! are you still going to Japwreck on the weekend?? if i can get a spare console cover (the opening cover above the clock) i'd be keen to give it a crack for sure. is it easy enough?? thanks mate

Just a heads up with it though... Depending on how good you want it to look, it mite take a few days... My brother is a perfectionist and he did it in a week... 1 day/overnight for the fiberglass to set, (we can just put more hardener in the mix so it sets quicker...), another day for the foam to set properly (but only a few hrs is probably needed), then another to shape it and seal it with more fiberglass then another day with fiberglass filler then another day sanding/prep/painting...

now that Zero Sport are back up and running, apparently their gauge pods are going to be around $200 with is 35% cheaper than before. i think i'm just going to wait until the first lot of those guys start becoming available
