They are knock offs, Chris. $320 for the knock offs or $290 (+postage) for the real deal.

Not sure what postage is though

A us parcel forwarding joint might make it cheaper.

I don't see how it'd be any worst then red to keep clean? No matter what colour they are they are gonna get dirt and brake dust on them,

I guess silver cars hide dirt well, just don't polish up aswell.

so finally put my defi's in this arvo. what a fucken pain in the ass.

ended up taking the oil filter and sandwich plate off 4 times before finding out exactly why i kept dumping oil all over the floor

first, the sandwich plate needed a slight a recess on the engine side to accommodate nut of oem fitting as it was fouling by about 1mm, just enough to stop the o ring sealing.

second, after the sandwich plate clearance was corrected we found that aftermarket thread was about 3mm to long so had to trim that back to fit it all up correctly

so 4.5 hours later it was all FINALLY in, back together and working. thank Posted Image they're a pack of sexy bitches as i was WELL AND TRULY over the car by then. Made me miss hooters and hot wings tonight...grrr

Will get better pics tomorrow.

Wtf Aek, that's a fair bit of re-fab work to fit it!
They do look good in though :D

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.
