Damn Aek, lucky you're ok by the sounds of it.
Honestly, in a situation like that you're almost better off just letting them merge into you. At least they have no choice but to pull over then.

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.

It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.

Yeh that's what I'm thinking!! Shit luck man....

Hope you get things sorted soon, and not too much damage to the hip pocket.

cheers guys! after reflection i'm just happy to have gotten out of it without more damage to the car or worse, injury. spoke to a few people today and i might actually be able to source service parts for the strut so if i'm lucky i might be able to get out a bit better than i thought. still doesn't fix my rims though...

yep a similar thing happened in my liberty years ago when i got forced over the plastic lane dividing posts before the harbour bridge. i think that ended up worse though as they damaged my front bar, both front guards, bonnet, grill, headlight, indicator and punctured my exhaust!

fingers crossed i can get the parts i need this week and get it fixed over the weekend. until then i'm back in the work van :(

I only just started reading through this today, Sucks that the last post is the car getting damaged.

I have had it happen to me in the Lib but only got gutter rash on the front rim. Next time im not moving, But hard as its just a reaction to avoid it.

But this is one awesome looking Foz, hope it gets fixed real soon.

Cheers mate :)

Ok, so got it up on the hoist today and had a bit more of a look. so the good news is as i already knew, drivers side front is bent but luckily the rear was fine and nothing else looks bent. the bad news is that i needed to order the spare service parts in which will take a few weeks and i can't afford to have the car off the road for that long. i decided to just put new suspension in AND order in the spare parts. I now have a nice new set of K-Sports installed and the service parts on their way for my old set (i'll fix them and just keep them as a spare set or maybe sell them?). Just need a wheel alignment on Monday and i can put this behind me...

Bit of hammer action Aek, she'll be right.

How's the ride of the k-sports?

they actually ride nicely. i was worried that they were going to be to firm but they are only a little firmer than the D2's but they were really soft for coilovers anyway. i got the newest model (fresh off the boat) with the revised pillowball mounts which make nice and quite too

LookIng great Aek. Small hick up toward a tastefully modded Foz.
As Tony Montana would say:
In this country, you gotta make the money first.
Then when you get the money, you get the power.
Then when you get the power, then you get the women.

they're Enkei's in 18 x 7.5

i really don't know which way to go with them as they need to look ok on the Foz (black) and the Lib (white). I don't mind green as a colour but it's been done by all the ken block/monster fans, i've had white before which i didn't mind and purple...?

Initially i was thinking more along the lines of the last two but now i don't know??
