I think it is called a bumper protector, this one isn't for your model but that's what they have named it.

Just buy a new one from Subaru to suit a Gen2 Outback. I had one when I replaced my rear bar and I chucked it out. :(

I imagine tthere's a few bits still floating around some warehouse somewhere.I've seen a guy in the states order a brand new door trim once

CRUSIN (Mark) just got all the window trims for his gen 2, i would assume they are all genuine now that i think of it..

A lot of Gen2 stuff is still available in the US new. Mainly body parts and trims, accessories are harder to come by. You can still get parts also from Subaru here, but they will just order them from Japan, which you will have to wait 6 weeks for and pay for them by selling a kidney.

 

I did just replace all exterior weather trims for the top of the doors and rear cargo window, all side moulds and windscreen surround trims with new items from Subaru Genuine Parts.
