The hardest bit was getting the damn thing off the firewall.
I'm happy though, because Now I can run some wires up in there out of the way. I've had a birds nest in my DS Footwell for a long time, so it will be good to get it all sorted!!!
And find the damn rattle!!!!! Is the air bag supposed to be bolted to the crash bar??

What did your rattle sound like? I have one that has been bugging me for years.
I've taken as much dash apart as I can to try to find it with no luck.

Props for tackling the heater core Adam.
Hate the damn things.
Except Gemini. Core in and out in under 10mins.
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

Been a big week.
Timing belt finally done. I stupidly let this get way way overdue. And I haven't done it in the time I've owned it. Surprisingly, the belt didn't look too worn so I dodged a bullet on that one!
Cam seals and Valve cover gasket replaced too.
Decided to let the pros handle this one.
Next was to get the heater core sorted. What a job. It's not hard, but just time consuming. On the plus side, I fixed a rattle, unsecured airbag. and tidied up some wiring from some aftermarket accessories. Very happy with how it all turned out. And my heater is so hot it could melt your skin!

Good work, Adam.
I should just convert to single, right?As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;
"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"
