Just hope they last.
Could probably put the nut back on, but the oil also escaped, plus 70+km of driving with them like that probably made sure they weren't to e used again!
E: just realised youve probably been in a car with coilovers before

I hadn't!
Only on the racetrack, and once for a bit in Matt's gen 3, but the dampening on them is set as hard as they go haha. Anything's gotta be better than my current strut/ spring combo!

If there is a bolt still on the underside of your shock, it's not the same thing

These sti shocks tend to knock because of the crappy grease in em anyway, so it could be that. I regreased mine a good 18 months back

My BC's are not any firmer than the Billies/Pinks I had in the Legacy. Quite a comfortable daily ride.

Agreed!
Car is filthy, have no car washing stuff at new house, will take pics on Saturday after a detail. And a fine tune of the heights.
Hint, it pretty much looks the same

I would have gone to the kitchen, collected a brown bag, dropped my dacks, pinched off a loaf in said bag, done up dacks, stickytaped bag, placed bag in envelope, and mailed it right to your face for being such a tool.
It's ok, sometimes when we herp, we also derp.
