I'd say your oxygen sensor is farked. No even of you drive it on redline all the time should it be that bad.

LOL... my B4 gets better fuel economy than that driving everywhere on the rev limiter .... (may not sit on the rev limiter but I do for the sake of this story)...

Definitely oxygen sensor or afm. Same thing happened to my RX. Oxygen sensor is a cheap fix off ebay if it's that.
