Evil weather over here, evil. Photos to come. Been clearing trees all morning just so I could get to where I needed to go!

110km/h zone, blind crest, northbound lane and part of the southbound lane blocked - people were just tootling around. I was there for 10 minutes and nearly saw three bad headons. People pranging at painfully slow speed over and over again. Evil shit out there.

Stay safe my dudes!

Didn't get any photos of the first two, as they were on the highway (110 zone) and I didn't want to be a rubber necker, just tried to get as much off the road as possible. Must've missed the tree falling by a minute tops.

Decided to take the back way home after that...

This one was classic, mate Micko was on the other side of the tree from me - we snatched up his Hilux and he just floored it for about three minutes... haha. Not SES approved but the ten or so Taiwanese tourists thought it was awesome. The photo that I was bummed to miss, was when there was 8 of the tourists pulling back a branch together... I said quietly to Micko, "That's gunna go..." and it did.

Snap.

All 8 of them on their arses in the mud. Hahaha. Good on them for not just sitting in the car though.

Then I thought, I'll take the REALLY back way home, which is about 1k from my house...

Luckily old mate had the Kubota and we cleaned that up in about half an hour.

Welcome to the country. A drive that usually takes me 30 minutes round trip ended up as about three hours!

:D

Richo, for reference. First tree was down at the protea farm on the way to Carbanup, second one was blocking the highway at Metricup, tree with the Hilux is on Harmans South, and the last one is the end of Carter Rd.

Fark me. There was heaps more down as well, but to have four trees completely stopping traffic both ways in such a small area is insane.

No Air Mass Meter on n/a GenIIIs.
They use a MAP (Maifold Absolute Pressure).

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

If it wasn't so bloody far away I'd give you a hand and grab the firewood.

*looks at ever depleating pile of firewood*

Haha, yeah I think the opportunists will be out with trailers by now. They usually wait a few hours and let the SES/Rangers cut it into smaller pieces for them.

Haha.

The bloke on the tractor doesn't even live where that tree was down, he just jumped in the Bota and went looking.

OH NOES!

After polishing my car I realised how bad the stone chips are on the front bumper. Are Subaru's like magnets to stones? First day I owned it I got a chip in the windscreen lol

As soon as she hands it to you, slowly take of your pants, then, while staring her straight in the eyes rub it against the tip of you penis, while continuing your painfully intense gaze whisper to her;

"My eye is watering, this might be a bit hot"

I should just convert to single, right?

I think it's more the fact that Subaru factory paint is some of the worst out of Japan.
