It's insanely complex, pretty sure the left idler is self tensioning but not exactly sure how it works!!

Shiv, very interested, I'll have to have a look tonight! Been meaning to get into some 4wding!

Why is it on the days I have no staff, and am miserably tired, we have a massive rush of walk in business?

Restaurant is pretty much full.

I'm hiding for a minute, very unbosslike of me... :/

3 weeks this friday till mdsc.

Thanks for increasing my stress level to a phenomenal rate instantaneously.

Sounds good man. I've got some plans to organise a proper SubyClub offroad day sometime so watch this space B)

Def join that club! Its good to do Stockton in company of experienced people who can provide guidance and help ya out where needed. Not that a Landcruiser will need it (you volounteer as recovery vehicle driving that haha)

Walts, thats my next car.

But with black wheels. And the front 2 windows tinted.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Haha definitely need some people to help me see what the cruiser is capable of, haven't really done that much in it. It will prob get lifted and fitted out soon though, which is good!

Hai Jase!

Man o wisdom. How does one remove/replace belt on my02 h6 obk!?!

I use an apprentice.

Soo busy but I CBF doing anything today.
Tomorrow will be a killer.

Adam,
Throw up some pics and I'll take a look. I hope you mean a drive belt and not a timing belt.
(IIRC a timing belt is virtually impossible)

Start a thread?
It would be bad form to have tech info in the GT. :P

*note to self:

Self, read all of GT before posting.

One of the two idlers will most likely have a slot in the bracket at the rear, and a long bolt used to move the idler up and down the slot to tension or slacken the belt.
You will need to loosen (only a little) the bolt that runs through the center of the idler to allow it to slide.
*Ive never done a H6*
