Fairynuff.. Do you find that you loose a bit of flavour through filtering? I understand a lot of places do it to keep it looking clean for the masses, at home I don't even filter it, pretty sure Nik doesn't either.

Ive tried Vale Ale Pale Ale (oh dear) and it was infected as shit. I'd like to think it was a rarity. But I've had too many other beers to try before revisiting it.
