Youre a troob!

How do you get your yeast out of your fermenters Nik? When it's finished ferment do you move the fermenter into a cool room to chill it for a few days, taking yeast off every day? Why have I never asked you this before?

Cooked up a bit of a storm last night didn't you? Nice rack

Sig worthy.

I just draw off from my tap which is about an inch off of the base. I do leave it in the barrel store for two extra days after finalising ferment. I let all my beers go all the way through at this stage, like we have discussed, I'm still creating a base line from which to work.

Oh, and....

Yeah, they'll be having a blast for sure.

@Brett: Which is what I was saying at school, I don't hardly ever have ANYTHING on the surface in fermenter. Every last giggle is on the bottom.

but you are using US05 right? Thats a top fermenting, but highly flocculant yeast yes? which makes sense. Does its business at the top, then fucks off down the bottom to die or just chill out.

BTW that sexy piece of silver. 9FF?

OMG just noticed the rims on that M3! Holy mother of Beer! Porn!

Sig worthy.

New 918RSR, full carbon monocoque, etc. etc. Some rumours that that particular car doesn't even have an engine in it yet.

Should be their new GT class racer.

I still love the 959. in silver.

918RSR.....cant stop looking at it. The ADIDAS sticker gays it out a bit though.

Ah yes I see your problem. It's a bugger when you know what the problem is, just not where shouts that problem is. I sure you find it though. I have absolute confidence in your ability to pull a car apart.

Are you bringing a car over for mdsc this year Phil?

Sig worthy.
