Camping is epic.

Definitley never get the oppotunity to go enough.

Camp BBQ = Open fire + trolly.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

I make an effort to go 2 - 3 times a year! Normally head down to thredbo in the summer and walk to to peak of mt kozi.

There's been the idea of subyclub camping trips thrown about but never progresses. Think it's too hard to organise a single date/weekend to accomodate everyone.

When is his calendar vote happening!

It's awesome, we go about 20-40 mins past thredbo, free camping in the national park, usually pretty quiet. Heaps of wildlife. And just awesome. It's my favorite place to camp by far.

Newnes is also good, as is Abercrombie National park, and Yerrandrie.

From my house it's roughly 5 hours. And it's about an hour to syd CBD from my house.

It's close enough to 400km to say exactly 400km :)

Only thing to keep in mind is national park is something like $20-25 a day entry. I have a yearly pass cos of snows ;)

It is only down due to the English of the time drawing up the world maps showing them close to the top... no ups or down in the universe :P

Would be nice to see that! I can't believe the snow hangs around that long! I should do a day trip up there and see it, I havn't seen snow since I was little.
