Thanks fo asking. Unfortunately it's still sore, the left one.
I can't work it out, I haven't done anything out of the ordinary to aggrivate it. It feels like my heel has been hit with a hammer.
Perhaps our resident medico could shed some light?


I'll try a massage and see if that helps.






Oh wait...I drank a stubbie of *gulp* VB on Thursday night. Maybe it's gout????

How is that more unhealthy than a normal cheese sandwich?
Same fat content, just tastes better with a crispy crust.
