So fuckinghard to buy a place atm.
Everyone's snapping up properties left right and centre.
Real Estate agents are having viewings in the EVENINGS, and extending business hours, so that properties are snapped up midweek, and don't even make it to open houses on weekends.
Crashing at mum's atm.
Gonna stay here for a few more years yet, so I can pay off a chunk.
And yes lads, new place has a decent car shed

Seriously, its because the Government is phasing out the First Home Loan buyer's grant at the end of the year to existing homes, and only making it accessible to new or unbuilt homes (when you buy off the plan).
So people are snapping them up. Literally. The one I'm buying has been on the market for a week, and I could only get in, because the people buying it before me got knocked back (i.e., they weren't pre approved in terms of their home loan).
