Actually, when the motivation to save is there it's amazing how it suddenly happens!

Since I bought the XT a month ago, I've repaid nearly $9k with only about $1700 to go and only incurred $40 interest. TAKE THAT SHAZNAB.

That included the sale of the SSS but that was always in the plan

Thats awesome Morgs.

I always encourage people to pay the most they possibly can afford to pay on loans when they take them out with me.
I'm always setting up regular payments that payback way more then they need to to minimize interest.

Paying out loan > saving.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts, right off.

Land rates?

Power/water/phone/internet bill?

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

One of my staff just cooked up some EPIC schnitzel burgers with jalapenos, chilli and avocado.

So good.

We have put our savings on hold since the car loan was made but as you say, paying off loan > savings.

Then increase savings to maximum powahz to get a bigger loan

I have learnt the same thing. I generally bust all cash i can on to moneys owing, because i hate being in debt.

That being said, I still haven't paid off the wagon haha.

Really excited about getting a house though!

I've always got no money because I chuck ridiculous amounts of cash onto loans.

Hence why I don't have a new front bar yet / 2.5L bottom end yet.

Really excited about getting a house though!
