Id charge people like Shaz to come and use it, because he is so rich.

Would be paid off in no time!

If he didnt get lost after leaving the NB

Also, Making Epic tech and mech days, is just about a good enough reason to go buy one now, in anticipation!

Only came into effect from the 1/6/11.

Basically, its irresponsible for a bank to give you a car loan, over a housing loan term.

$20,000 for 7 years @ 15% interest = $21,000 maximum interest payable.
$20,000 for 30 years @ 7% interest = $42,000 maximum interest payable.

Hence why, its more beneficial to put it at a higher rate, over a shorter term.

So, whilst you may think its frauding the bank,. I'm actually helping you not pay double in interest.

Can't you just say your house is worth 30k more and use that extra dough to buy an STi? Or doesn't work that way in the NAB world?

What's wrong with an STi? You almost had sex with 6th gear when you drove Alex's. :P

Nothing wrong with the Sti at all!

Was just stating that a house in multitudes more epic :D AMS already has a house so the STi is a Posted Image'ing winning addition..
I didn't nearly have sex with 6th gear.... I made love to it.

We will only lend upto 95% of what the bank values your property at.

So if your house is valued by the bank at $500,000, the bank will only lend you $475,000. The rest you need to put in yourself (Commonly known as "The Deposit")

You can't borrow more then 95% of your total security (property)

I would never use a 5% deposit.

20% absolute minimum

I would ALWAYS recommend a minimum 20% deposit. You get assraped by QBE for lenders mortgage insurance on any deposit less then 20%.

Smart man Morgs.

If you get a personal loan for 20% deposit, wait 6 months, then use it.

Yes.

But I didn't tell you that.

Just curious.

Can you actually do that?

Borrow the deposit, then use that to start a mortgage?

Think of the repayments!
