A toddler was among six people asleep in a south-eastern Sydney home when it was sprayed with bullets during a drive-by shooting.

Toddler wars!

I finally decided to have a crack at fixing the IR sensor on my cruise control. It works like a remote control, with the IR sensor on a wire that is quite literally glued to the dash near the ignition. Wires had been ripped off by someone.

I now have cruise control :) Driving down the road testing it was fun, wires hanging out of the dash, hoping to see a light on the dash or something (it hasn't worked since I bought the car). Then when I had the wires the right way round HUZZAH.

Nah its aftermarket, I mean it probably was put on by Subaru Australia, but its definetly not a standard install. My dad was looking at Nissan Patrol's recently and some of those have the same system.

The install is quite nice, compared to my mates WRX, which just has a giant black box cable tied in the engine bay. Nice work Subaru :sarcastic:

Morgan you're just adding to my growing want for a too notch gourmet pizza. Just saw some show on Telly with this yank searching for the best pizza in New York. Some of them looked epic. Really simple, but quality ingredients. Om nom nom

Sig worthy.

You talking about the crazy southerners and their daylight savings? :) we don't do it here, which is strange cause I grew up in NSW too. One less thing to worry about.

Here is a general question. How do I change the 'park lights' in the headlights, that is, the lights that come on from the switch ontop of the steering wheel. They both work, but there is like corrosion built up on them... so in daylight they look kinda icky. Might pick up a couple next time I go out if someone can tell me the bulb type, or just clean them if its on the outside!
