Reading local news from back up home.. fark the town I went to school in is a shithole!
"The 79-year-old pensioner has been the victim of four break-ins and two car thefts in the past two years alone."

"VANDALS caused thousands of dollars worth of damage at a West Kempsey construction site this week. “We left work at 4.50pm and the footage of them destroying the equipment with iron bars, large rocks and even a golf club starts at 5.20pm.”"

"THIEVES ransacked Kempsey PCYC last Friday morning causing around $3000 worth of damage to the not-for-profit organisation."

"A JURY has found former Kempsey service station owner Clenton Biddle guilty of the murder of his estranged wife Christine. The jury was told Christine Biddle died after she was struck with the metal handle of a hydraulic jack across the top and back of her head"

"POLICE are seeking four thieves who attempted to steal a safe from the Subway restaurant on Smith St early yesterday morning.
About 2.20am four men broke into the premises after using an axe to smash the front door."

"Police said four men, armed with a machete, sledge hammer and other weapons, smashed their way into a Channels Way house about 8.20pm. Demands were made of the 62 and 67-year-old occupants."

These are headlines from the last 2 weeks... honestly..... send more Posted Image'ing cops there or something, truely disgusting.

I cleaned my car, usual thing. And checked out those yucky looking bulbs - turned out they were just bulbs with like a green colouring on them, which had gone nasty. So I just removed the colouring.. and put them back in!

Also it looks damn sexy with those rims. Notice it turning heads more :P some guy in an impreza gave me a wave? Seems one of the tyres has a slow leak though, probably a dodgy valve, keeping an eye on it.

Boost gauge needs to be on steering column ....

Agreed. That's where mine sits. Only obscures the odometer, but a slight head tilt fixes that.

Sig worthy.

Any gauge mounted above steering wheel height = instant defect.

Mines mounted on my column. The only thing it obscures is my low fuel light.

Morning all. Shit news about Kempsey Josh, but, yeah.. It is Kempsey.

Morning.

Slightly devo'd about my car.

Situation is: I found out why I've been getting air into the coolant system.
For ages I thought it was a BHG in the new motor... or leaking coolant into the cabin via a stuffed heater core.
I've been bleeding and running little tests here and there, and every now and then, I'd get waterfall noise.

Whilst installing an LED (of all fuckingthings) (and no, I didn't end up using it... I kicked myself in the balls for even thinking so) I found it was a slow leak coming from the line that goes from the water pump, over the block, and out the back to the heater core (all on the passenger side).

At least its not a heater core, and thank Vishnu/God/Mohammad/Salma Hayek its not the BHG.

Sig worthy? Hahaha.

At least you found the problem Alexwski, and it isn't that hard to replace. (Well, easier then a BHG)

I fixed my stuttering problem yesterday as well. Plugged the scan tool into my car, and was throwing no codes. Setup AFM Voltage as an option to view, and went for a drive. Apparently, the maximum ohms? that the AFM can read is 5volts, and that should be at around 9000rpm on full boost. Mine was hitting 5v at around 6000rpm. Pulled the AFM out, sprayed a shitload of brake cleaner onto it, and used an airgun to dry it. (Apparently brake cleaner is the shiz to use as it doesnt leave an oily residue on the sensor once you've dried it out, whereas carby cleaner, etc does, and causes it to wig out in the future more easily)

Gave it a good clean, replaced my air filter with a turbo air filter (Seems the last one I got was non turbo - stupid me) and all is good and wel, plus it feels like it has more powah.

Win.

Wagon love.

So don't want to work on my car today. Despite the fact that I have to go to work at 1pm.

May go watch the bogantaxi race instead.

I've already started pulling stuff off.

I think i have do away without taking off the inlet manifold, but I think the timing belt (along with covers, and cam wheels) has to come off.

poo.

Thinking about buying a new one. Just need to confirm which one to buy, and I'll buy a new one.

Then I'll have it reproduced in the strongest of titaniums, so it never ever ever ever ever ever ever breaks again.

Ever.

I haven't been following the series.

Ooohhh, that's a tricky call. Bright has pole, but over 161 laps I don't think that does much more than increase the urine stream.

Dumbrell/Canto are at p10 - so I'd say they are the only realistic underdog. Canto can wheel the **** out of a racecar.

You're a chooch.

Why are Aussies emulating redneck Seppo music?

Why can't they get a real performer? Like Meatloaf?
