What have you done to stop the bolt wiggling out of place ?
You mean loosening off?
If so, it has one nut welded on the front, with a free nut on the bolt which you tighten back up against the brace to lock it in position.

pretty much the same as the manufactured ones.

Powdercoated and installed. Yet to road test, but im thinking to machine up a plastic cup to go between the BCS and master cylinder.

Its hard to put a cost on it, as im not sure of the material costs and where you would get them in small quantities. Powdercoating one small item i think would be costly, cheaper if you had a few.
For the price people have got them for, it wouldnt be cost effective to make it yourself if you had to pay for all materials. Im lucky enough to have access to everything needed atm.
All up total cost was $2.95 for 2 longer M8 bolts.
