The cops decided to pull their finger out up here, they seem to be everywhere the last couple weeks. Apparently they are looking for vehicles to defect etc. Which could be a good thing, so many people with unroadworthy cars.

Dog thing is gay, I probably would have taken the injured dog indoors and conveniently left the other dogs outside. Called the Police (like you did) and the local ranger/pound to come and get the 'stray dangerous dog'.

Useless police, and a useless society.

You never know what they have prioritised. It's not fair, but the Police in Australia do a great job.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Sydney Harbour Bridge turns 80 soon! regardless of your thoughts on Sydney, that is kind of cool!
Construction began 23 years after Australian federation.

The police in castle hill are pretty useless in mu opinion
Examples.

Never turned up yesterday
Never turned up when my friend got assaulted and robbed by a 30 year old.

Never turned up when my dad crashed pretty badly.
Never turned up (after 3 days) when my house got spray painted with all this nazi shit and death threats.

I think that we need more cops, cause it deems that when you need them (above) they wont show, but when you're doing something stupid, (speeding , sparkler bombs etc) they all come at you like flies to shit.

Horrible story Jordan.

I received a fine In the post yesterday. Got photographed "making a right turn at a set of lights not from the far right lane." $100 and 2 demerits. Are you Posted Image'ing kidding me? $50 no demerits would have been a more suitable punishment for such a minor infraction. Considering there were no other cars in sight of the intersection, and I was turning with the green arrow. Essentially I got fined because my car was 2.5 m to the left.
I just had one of those moments when you get caught up on "autopilot". Realized I wasn't in the turning lane at the lights. Thought " ah crap I'll have to continue on and turn down a side street then come back". But then I looked around, could see no other cars and the green arrow to turn. So I put my indicator on and made the turn.
I'm actually considering challenging this one.

Sig worthy.

@Jordan: 000 Calls?

@Brett: When was your last previous fine? If it's over 12 months, I say go for the argument.

No Nik, Castle Hill police station call. I dont think they warranted 000 calls. (in hindsight, my mate getting bashed and robbed could have, but he was not too hurt).

ShazasaurusRex, Check your phone.

Depending on where Castle Hill is, it sounds like an unmanned station after hours. So your call gets pooled and relayed to next available depending on the seriousness of the incident.

Its manned after hours. i know this.
I live about 2 minutes from the station, and drive past it every day and night.
