You are not alone in this, AMS and Walts can attest to the sub-par taste of the beer I brewedI would do this Josh, but my homebrew tastes like poo right now, and I have no other beer.

I didn't think it was that bad. It was in a LC's bright ale bottle and tasted half decent.
Did you make the changes Pisey told you to make?

None of that thankfully! just an average tasting beer. AMS says it wasn;t that bad... he was being polite though, he means it wasn;t that good! LOL it was clean as far as infections go but it just lacked in over-all bitterness.... I dunno.\ve got a whole lot of acetaldehyde going on here. What you got?

I often struggle to keep my fermentation temps down, even during winter for some reason, this summer I am going to be fermenting in the kegking

Do you know the guy personally Arex? Keen to know wat happened exactly...too hot into corner and understeered off road....hit bank on side of road and flipped?? Or oversteered.....sideways and flipped?
Just reading through some of Carbcon's threads. Looks like he has been on a track a few times and owns a few bikes himself - if it's him...
I have met Carbcon before, as has Frank (Fatcat). He's a really nice, genuine bloke who can definitely steer. He has done plenty of track work and even did at stint at the Nurburgring as a bike mechanic (he is a motorcycle mechanic/engineer). He's no idiot and, as someone else said, he just made a bad judgement about corner speed.
I reckon he would feel like a pretty big dill as it is, having written his car off in that manner, so I don't see the need for countless other people to point out his mistakes or abuse him when they could have so easily been in the same boat. The responses on RSLC are well below par and it reinforces to me why I no longer like the place or the people running the show over there (especially given one admin's own experience writing his car off while fanging). If I was a petty person I'd be filing away all the armchair experts' usernames and enjoying publicly haranguing and belittling them when they write their pride and joy off. But I'm better than that, and I expected better of SubyClub.
Why cant the track be less....like a nascar track?
Dude. Super Speedway FTW. It's an amazing sensation to drive around a proper high-speed bowl.
