My B4 had the dodgiest Brandt known to man!

Worse still, the dealership never informed me that I was meant to fill out that stupid fuckin' ownership card, so when my mechanic left the windows down and the battery went flat (**** knows how that is actually a thing) and I required a master code - they launched a police investigation into a stolen vehicle.

Nice one!

On a related level of annoyance.

Seatbelt alarm.

....can I just rip the plug out, or will it fudgepack something else along the line? Both for '05 OBK and '11 Foz

I had the seatbelt alarm on our foz when we bought it. But somehow over time it no longer works. Best failure ever.

Sig worthy.

I hate this so much. There is a plug underneath the drivers seat and when unplugged, the alarm will not sound. I can see and feel the plug but cannot for the life of me pull it apart!! Drives me insane.

Screwdriver?

@AMS - not sure yet mate. Going to be brewing that day and technically I should be doing a detail after. I am trying to move detailing to Sunday however. I'll shoot you an SMS when I've got my shit together.

Sig worthy.

Unbolt the seat, lift it and unplug, rebolt seat back into position

15 minutes at the most?

Trialed some new Chem Guys products on the foz today.
New Polish/gloss enhancer/sealant called Blacklight. Very fuggin impressed.
New spray sealant called V7. Also very impressive.
Lastly a new air fragrance. It's called Stripper and is meant to smell like a strip club? Now I don't really remember strip clubs smelling all that good, but the last time I went to one, smoking in clubs was still allowed. Anyway it smells pretty nice, doesn't remind me of a strip club, and actually lasts quite a while. I gave one spritz into the foz on Saturday and it's still smelling great.

Only photo I got today, and it doesn't do the gloss justice at all.

Sig worthy.

I hope the seatbelt warning system is not used by the airbag system as an occupant monitor.

ie. Will not fire airbags where their are no passengers.

Oh wait....should throw an airbag code.

If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?
