Someone wished it upon me.Alex, where did this "spun bearing" business come from? I had never heard this rumour, did someone just decide that you had?

Still pretty happy with the Bilsteins, while they are considerably softer, they handle really well in the bends!
Little bouncy on the springs though, have a feeling re-valve to suit will rectify this?

Morning GT.
Georgia let us sleep in till 6:45am this morning! That's quite significant.
Walts- I'm having a BBQ on Wednesday for a bunch of friends. You seem to be pretty well up to date on BBQing meats. What do you suggest? I don't want to do the usual snaggers and chops.
Sig worthy.

I suggest instead of snags try some kranskys, people love them, either cheese or chilly and cheese.
Some nice steak, not marinated.
Some chicken shashliks in a couple of different varieties for something different.
Depends how many people you have around.

Bit of oil, some salt and pepper and on the bbq....comes out great. Don't need marinade.
Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

You might have Billy coilovers. Are they adjustable Adam. I've got Billies on my Stagea which are adjustable for height and I also believe bump and rebound. They were set up really well by the guy I bought the car off so I've never actually needed to check if this is in fact true. The big stage coach handles about as well as I could expect it to with this set up. She's no sportscar though.
Normal Subaru Billy's aren't really adjustable.
Agreed.

This, though I have read you can get them re-valved. So will look into this if I get them rebuilt.
For now, I am happy

Agreed.
Has to be good steak though. Cheap steak is ok to be marinated, hides the taste.

Chicken skewers. Chicken on a stick.@ walts - looking at about 20-30 people. I like the kranskys idea. What are the chicken shishwahatakidoowhaties?9
If you have that many people, maybe some lamb chops as well, and some normal flavoured sausages because kranskys can get quite expensive.
Yep, can't skimp on the steak Brett. Get a good cut.

What actually works out better is getting an entire un-cut piece of good meat then chop it up yourself. Go and see butcher and he should be able to sell it to you in like a 5-6kg uncut piece of meat. Works out heaps cheaper than buying 20x pre-cut 250gm steaks.

Your not as silly as you look mr AMS9. I think I might do this. We have a pretty good butcher near us.
