One of the comments on the PerthNow website...this dude I completely agree with.

Speeding and driving too fast for the conditions are not always the same thing, driving too fast for the conditions is always the worse of the two, speeding is just complying with an arbitrary number some bureaucrat has chosen with minimal engineering / scientific input. RIP to the blokes, condolences to the families, no doubt it will be the worst Christmas ever for them.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Thats an epic crash.

Goes to show they are "pressed" together, judging by the whole left/right side of the car.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

Lol some of those other comments are talking about restricting under 25's to 4cyl cars because "slower is safer".

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

Just goes to show AMS that some people should not be entitled to opinions when their opinions are clearly moronic and wrong.

The slower is safer crowd should be sent to live in North Korea.

I do like that comment in regards to driving to conditions!

Morgan, Was asking how the ham was :D

"A. Erlik of Perth Posted at 6:38 AM Today
I dare anyone to complain about speed cameras or clamping down on hooks doing burnouts after this. My thoughts are particularly with the police, ambos and fireys who had to clean up afterwards."

For sure, it's all about conditions.

That's a 70km/h zone with a bend. Who the shit does 120 into a bend.

Also, for the speed camera fanbois - in that first pic, the traffic lights you can see in the background have a red light camera. Seems speed cameras didn't save lives afterall.

Ugh i could ramble on for forking days about this stuff.

It WAS a VE apparently.

VE was (i think) the first commodore to have an entire side of the car in one piece, apparently it was safer then splitting it up into sections, but more expensive to repair if you hit something.

Lol some of those other comments are talking about restricting under 25's to 4cyl cars because "slower is safer".

I can go faster around corners and whatnot in my lib then my falc or commo, fills you with a false sense of security, that makes you push it harder.

As a somewhat wise man said to me once, "The only way to find the limit of your talent and the cars ability is to loose control, What you do from then on is your own forking fault".
