The interesting thing is, if you have enough for the initial deposit without the $7k FHOG, depending on what you're getting in rent - you could well be better off not using FHOG and just renting the bugger straight away.

Another car ran over what looked like half a house brick. Which broke into bits and chucked a 40mm diameter piece of brick at my front bar.

Lukily only left a 10mm and 3mm wide gash, black hole looking thingy.
Touch up paint to the rescue!!

That rate could also obviously go down over the next year.

Yeah mate. And it wasn't even my fault.Sucks Tommy.

Had nowhere to go on a 5 lane road full of traffic (yes, we have them in Adelaide)
Made a mighty big thud. I'm just happy it didn't pierce the radiator.

Got a big chip/chunk out of my almost Shaz-like front bar this morning!!
Sux.
I washed the mighty n/a yesterday.
It's had a big whack in the rear bar, paints all cracked and the bar is out of shape. This missus said someone must have hit her while she was parked. I tend to believe her as if she backed into something she would have felt it.
Dammit. The bar was only painted just over a year ago!
If I told you I was a compulsive liar, would you believe me?

I'll see if they don't have one online.
Still deciding whether or not to completely pimp the kitchen.
Don't know if I want to live there or rent it.

Police said the pile-up happened on the Chugoku Expressway in Yamaguchi Prefecture about 10.15am yesterday, with 10 people hospitalised with minor injuries.
Japan's largest English language newspaper, The Daily Yomiuri, reported the crash happened on a curve of the road and one Mercedes-Benz was driving in the oncoming lane."
Ahh so you didn't have the house designed?

Damn carparks! Seriously. I think every time I go to town I cop a ding. People down here aren't too flash at car park driving.
Ahh so you didn't have the house designed?

Just realised about 10 other blokes from work are going as well. And about 40,000 other people. (the whole population of Adelaide)

But rear loaded, so the garage will be at the back (covenants)

That's top spec, so I really have to decide if I'm going to live or rent. If I'm living there I'm ticking every box I can findzzzzzzzzzz

Are the floors proper wooden floorboards or those floating floorboards?
Also, Sydney.. when did you become London?
