Penninsula rd is not a very intelligent place to be speeding though. its not just a blind corner, there's a whole series of them that are all but blind.
With the affordability and, availability of both the skid pan and the track at AHG/RAC (whatever its called these days) I fail to see why anyone feels the need to speed on roads that are quite obviously not fit to push on. Yeah he's young and all that, but for sake, surely if you're old enough to be given a license, you should be old enough to recognise the dangers.
