Morning gents

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.

This is stunning.

Agreed.

Thanks Waltsnik

Also, dad sent me this, this river in picton is normally a metre wide trickle, about 10 metres below the bridge!

Damn.

That's the bridge I would cross driving between the Hume Hwy and Silverdale Rd, yes?

We caught their last man out with 2 (I think) balls remaining with 7 (I think) runs to win.

Maybe I should have stayed home and watched it instead of going out for dinner.

Morning gents

@Adam: If it's normally a trickle, they've done fuckingwell to build a bridge of that span and justify the expenditure.

Be a few reasons why it is a good idea, 1. so the road doesnt go down a steep ditch and then up the other side.
2. it is most likely known to the council as a flood prone area so they would build it above flood level to stop the road getting cut off. :D

I'm safe!
Made it to townsville in one piece and comfortably.
The cruise control button was working, but the cruise control itself was not. Manual driving for an hour and a half.

Driving around townsville is a pain in the arse. They have these things called traffic lights? and you have to stop when it goes red... found that out by going through one, lol. They dont mark the streets right, and its hard to tell what some of the shit on signs even means! i like small towns :P

The suspension has been holding up wonderfully! got the oil i need for the service as well as a filter. Need to go to subaru and get some upper engine cleaner.

Went to Super cheap and asked for rotors and pads... they want $50 a set of pads and $180 for ONE rotor... So ima buy the bendix stuff off ebay me thinks...

Got a new headunit that i have had my eye on for quite some time, Repco had them on special for $185 when they are $220 on ebay. Last one in town!

Now to sit around at the familys place, eat their food and drink their drinks. Gonna go play some Xbox with the sister.

Gonna meet a friend at the strand tomora morning and then potter around until the afternoon when i will head back to town.
