Doesn't it work out for those who are on an hourly rate, but for people who are on a yearly salary, they end up working one day for free?

So last year, they got a third/quarter of a day for free? Considering it takes 365 POINT (Posted Image I forget this bit, I think it's a quarter though) days for the earth to trave;fdg,hjnsd

On the other hand, and in effect, as the earth takes 365 and 1/4 days to travel around the sun each year, you have been paid 1/4 days pay in advance in each of the previous three years. Add this years 1/4 day pay to the balance, and Feb 29 is a day that you have already been paid.

Yeah, so it's only if your wage is based on an annual sum.

To get a quarter of a days extra pay on every other year, you would need to work 24 hours a day (for the earth to complete it's rotation).

Whereas I get paid per hour I work so it doesn't matter how many days I work in a year, I get paid per day.

Even though I am only a recent employee of yours Nik, I'm happy to go with ams's suggestion of giving up my first child to you.

Posted Image'ing devil child. I think I got a total of 4 hours sleep last night. Only two of them were consecutive.

Tomorrow is going to be hell. Brew day, plus clean beer lines, plus rack off a batch of beer, plus mill for Fridays brew, then just when I thought I could go home, I have to do a beef and beer presentation. 12 hour day, no breaks! Like a Posted Image'ing slave!

Luckily I'll still be making beer. Phew

I don't see why people feel the need to shoot up schools when there are perfectly good protests just aching to be shot at.

I put up with people from amnesty, red cross and now the cancer council almost daily hounding me!! Throw in the greens, green peace, unhcr, save the forking children and I've well and truly hit my limit for the number of fuckstains wanting me to sign something or give money. Seriously cubts,  :fork: right off.
