Allow me to clarify...

We were discussing how complex BMW were with all their models.

When something goes wrong in a Euro car, no matter whether it's small or big, it's going to be exxy to fix.

However, I'm definitely not against them!

Oh because a turbo Subaru is so cheap to fix when it breaks...

Exactly, Tom. It's a bit of a misconception that all Euro's cost more to fix - now more so with the newer ones being built by companies with MASSIVE parts bins.

Only 700 bucks for a set of genuine Brembo brake pads...

Gonna get slotted discs and some new pads that work.
Current stuff takes forever to pull up with people in the car.

Know what size and shiz? Or should i just go out there with a ruller?

Haha only quiet because I'm working :P

Break a turbo Subaru, then break a Porka.

Surely Subaru will cost pocket change to fix compared to the Porsche?

A mate installed a CD player into his '00 Audi A3. The ODO randomly got stuck on 697000kms and Audi wanted $3k to resolve the issue. It was previously working fine and was on about 150k kms I think...

I'm not saying Euro's are bad or that Jap's are particularly cheap.

It's all relative :)
