Ok so after 3 weeks of having the mirrors at the sprayers I finally got them back. They where having troubles with the paint then when putting the mirrors back in the scratched the hell out the black plastic mounting plates for the mirrors. Thankfully the said they would paint them satin play at no charge for what they had done.

I'm going to get them fitted in the next couple of weeks and while thats being done I'm also going to get them to wired up the indicators to flash for the central looking.

mirrors look great. I actually repainted those black parts on my mirrors today also! they had gone grey and splotchy.

Please oh Please tell me how the auto electrician wires up the blinkers to make them flash when locking and unlocking. I wanted to do it a while ago but wasn't sure how, even after looking at another thread about it. Watch the guy do it? lol!

I cant wait to see it with the new rims on. I have a 2 inch on my outback, do you get the long drone when you are on the freeway with your 3.5?

Hahaha. I'm actually going to print out that thread that was done for the central locking and give it to him. Hopefully that will help him.

Nah man. Its stock size piping up to the rear muffler then its just the Magnaflow straight through muffler then a 3.5" tip.

No drone what so ever on the highway and nice subtle burble at idol. Mines auto and when it changes gears around 3000-4500rpm it does this "pop" sound like what the VW Golf R32 make with the DSG gearboxes. Sounds really sweet.

Nah man. Focusing my money on my project car. And IM mucked up my order so I've had to wait longer to get my Lancaster roof rails. And not getting new rims as my the current tyres have about 95% tread on them

So scrap what I said about not getting rims.

Was looking the other day on ebay and found a set. 09 Forester XT rims. They where a really good price in really good condition and where local too. So I bought them and Im glad I did. The guy I bought them off said they'd only been on ebay for 2 hours before I bought them. Winning!!! :D
